We will be renting this house from May 18-25 for the wedding party and immediate family. The house has a pool, beach access, theater room, and game room. If you are in town before the wedding, please feel free to join us!

Carova Beach is a beach accessible with a 4x4 vehicle only. It is great fun to drive on the beach with the windows down and music up! You can find a nice spot to post up for the day with a cooler of food and drinks. If you're lucky you might get to see the wild horses that live in the area!

FYI:

- To park on the beach you must have a beach parking permit which you can obtain online through the Currituck County website.

- 4x4 vehicle rentals are available in Corolla.

- The beach is a 45 minute drive from the reception venue (Pine Island Lodge) in Corolla.

Duck is a coastal community within 15 minutes of Corolla. There are restaurants and shops a plenty!

Some of our favorite places include:

- Scarborough Faire Shopping Village (All the shops!)

- Duck Donuts (A MUST!)

- Duck Town Park Boardwalk (Great walking paths and views!)

- Red Sky Casual Dining and Cocktails (Some of their delicious food may be featured at the wedding!)

Sandy Run is a scenic 16-acre park with creekside trails, a range of wildlife. It is located in Kitty Hawk, about 30 minutes south of Corolla. Great spot for some nature, exploring, and plenty of turtles!

Jockey's Ridge State Park is in Nags Head. It covers a 427-acre area, and includes the tallest active sand dune system in the eastern United States!

There are a ton of places to play putt putt. Daniel really likes mini golf so you could do that I guess.

Here is a classic beach vibe restaurant! The tacos and hot sauce are to die for! This is in Kill Devil Hills about a 30 minute drive from Corolla.
